We are currently paneled with most major insurance companies through Headway. If you are interested in using your insurance to cover therapy costs then please let us know during the free consultation and we can let you know what next steps look like.

Out of Network Costs are as follows:

Individual Psychotherapy: $175 / 50 minute session

Group Therapy: no current groups, prices will be posted once groups are running

Intensive Outpatient Therapy: $200 / 50 minute session

Parent Training: $200 / 50 minute session (up to 2 parents and/or guardians may join sessions)

If you are using your insurance then payment is done through Headway for any copays.

For out of pocket, payment is done through a Simple Practice account that you will have the opportunity to create before starting sessions. You will upload your credit card information to the account and it will be automatically charged after each session. You can always update credit card information through your account.

Yes, we accept most major insurances through Headway. During our free consultation, we can provide more details about how this works.

In person: Our office is located at 9210 Corporate Blvd in Rockville, MD. There is ample parking and it is right off I - 270.

Telehealth: You can join sessions from a quiet, private room with strong internet connection through your phone, tablet, labtop or computer. You will receive a link 48 hours in advance for the session and also 10 minutes before the session begins.

You can start whenever you would like! Complete the “Get Started” form for your free 10 minute consult and set up an intake session from there.
